"As much as I understand short staffing, and being busy with little help (I've worked many food places, trust me i get it!!!), but I had the pleasure of seeing an employee getting rude with a couple of customers that had been waiting 40 min - 1 hr for a food item, and had asked twice about it, and using a medical reason to excuse the poor service and snippiness. The food and smoothies were good, of course, but, I just had to laugh at how bad the quality of service from this one employee was towards a set of customers that were more than patient."

"Me and two guys with me walked in today and stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for one of the two workers to take out order or even acknowledge us...we got neither. All we wanted was a smoothie. We walked out and had to go to McDonald's...I never thought I would have to do that before."

"Very, very fresh-tasting! Staff has been courteous the couple times we've stopped in. Recommend the Mocha Madness and Island Green smoothies. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread was so good. Chicken was juicy and flavorful. The veggies on it were fresh. The hummus and veggie wrap was also great. Together with how big the smoothie is, you will feel full. Since you can earn points through the app, it definitely feels like a bargain. You'll feel healthy and satisfied eating here!"
