"I’ll never understand why it’s so hard to read. I’ve had a horrible day & receiving my order with half of it missing just made it 10x worse. It literally says I ordered a you pick two.. but all I got was my soup. Please do better. This could’ve been my 13th reason."
"Had the bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta. Cinnamon rolls and a Madagascar vanilla latte. Sandwich was decent didn’t much care for the cinnamon rolls and the latte was just a latte nothing special."

"I used to get a latte or coffee by drive through when I came around this area, but lately they have kept saying their latte machine is out of order for about two months. The machine was still not working today."
"Panera has a nice clean environment and good soup and sandwiches. I usually get the steak sandwich with horseradish and French onion soup. The only thing I don't like is that you get a buzzer to come pick up your food when it's done from the counter and I've seen someone walk away with my lunch as I approached the counter. They re-made my meal for me, so it worked out ok."
