"I had lunch at BLUE PLATE Southside on Friday. The food was hot and tasted very good. The service was great. The staff and management do a great job! Amber takes great pride in making sure the customers food is the way they order it and that the customer has a pleasant dinning experience."
"We had just been to my sister's funeral. We went into have a meal together as a family. The lady was very cordial and put tables together for us. Our food came fairly quick. I got the combination of chicken livers and gizzards. The gizzards were a little tough to eat but they usually are. It had a good taste."

"Nice little place to eat. Staff was friendly, it was clean, temperature was good. It felt like a good home cooked meal going there. The BLT was amazing, the Country Fried Steak was loved by my husband (and he's picky) I got the blackened shrimp which was excellent with the cornbread dressing and salad, yum. Prices were great too."
