"To all the new patients beware before selecting him as your pcp because I have been Dr. Momin’s patient for years and recently he started giving his appointments away to NPs even if you get an appointment under him. He is the PCP so why would I be seen by someone else when I make an appointment? I’ve called the office multiple times to check if I’d be seen by him and even after they assured me, when I went in for my appointment I was told that I would be seen by a NP because Dr. Momin was not even there! For my revisit appointment I was told that to make sure I see Dr. Momin I have to keep coming in to see if he’s there. What kind of medical practice is that? Save yourself from this kind of lies and just get a good PCP who is transparent with you."

"Even after reiterating while making appointment for Dr Momin, they made excuses and instead a NP attended! Same thing happened with my daughter today even after repeated confirmation while making appointment! By the by, all my family members are his patients for several years. This is unethical and sort of cheating as they seem to be doing this intentionally using his name. If Dr Momin is so busy then why are they taking new patients? It’s time to move away from this malpractice."

"Beware and steer clear of Dr. Momin! !!! Recent visits have exposed a distressing shift in priorities, placing financial gains above patient well-being. Despite seven years as a loyal patient, Dr. Momin's attentiveness has plummeted. Instead of seeing the doctor, me and my sister we were brushed off to a subpar Nurse Practitioner. Shockingly, their failure to diagnose my sister’s condition(despite her asking to be tested for her symptoms and being ignored) has pushed her to the brink of death. This harrowing ordeal underscores how little Dr. Momin and the team value their patients' lives. Adding to the outrage, they accepted my cousin as a new patient despite being too occupied for their existing ones. Somehow Dr.Momin seem to have the time to visit the new patients just not the old loyal ones. It's a disgraceful display of greed. Spare your loved ones from this horror—stay away to safeguard your health and well-being."
