"They quickly went from nice to mean and borderline disrespectful the moment we declined their vaccines for our children. They discharged us immediately even though they must give you 30days to find another provider. They literally took things personal and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all! Ps; the staff in this office will gossip and look at you funny right to your face. Speaking about being unprofessional… About your reply; I perfectly understand your policy not to respect a parents which to not vaccinate their child. What I find odd is how your office takes it so personal, you guys basically have the attitude of , “ you either do it or else! Of course you’re not the only pediatric office provider around. But your disrespect is what I am talking about here. Your office discharged my kids as soon they left your office unvaccinated even though there must be a 30 days notice to switch and with recommendations. Your staff is rude and at the end of the day you all do not care about the children you claim to attend to. It’s all about $$$."

"They waited way too long for every thing for my first born his lip tie and circumcision one nurse said she can fix it at NINE MONTHS OLD hes now 5 and hes still terrified for someone to wipe him clean him etc because of one the nurses its hard to keep it clean"

"I’ve brought both my kids here since they were born. All of the doctors and nurses are wonderful, truly. They are super responsive to questions and always call back the same day. However, they REALLY impressed me today. My son was running a pretty high fever, and my senior mom had to take him to the doctor. He was so lethargic my mom had to use a wheelchair to take him up because she couldn’t carry him. Upon leaving, a nurse followed my mom all the way downstairs so she could go get her car and pull around to put my son in the car. I have always been treated with such respect and my concerns are never treated like they’re “too much”. I will never ever take my kids anywhere else."

"Recently my toddler had become sick for the first time in her 3.5 years of life and the response and communication I have received have definitely reassured me that this is a great office. The nurse line call backs are prompt. The work in for a sick child is quick. Heather is the sweetest practitioner and we will continue to see her in the future. The front desk could definitely use some more smiles but over all they are professional and greet you immediately. Thank you for everything."
