"Really cozy Starbucks! Especially during the festive season. The service was good, staff is nice. We got free peppermint hot chocolates which was quite cool! I ordered a Matcha with 4 honey packets and it was great."
"Been going to this Starbucks since it opened, but have unfortunately seen a decline in service and an increase in price from Starbucks in general the last few years. Ordered my grandmother a Venti Green Tea latte with no foam and when I got home went to reheat it for her and was upset to see the drink was about 1 1/2 inches from the top. For a $6+ drink, I would expect it to be full. This is my 2nd poor experience with Starbucks in the last week, but the process for a refund is unfortunately time consuming."
