"Dr Chang and his staff are wonderful! You will receive an extremely thorough exam. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring of your eye health care needs. He explains everything clearly and both he and his staff have great bedside manners, always willing to address any questions or concerns. I have been a patient of Dr Chang for many years now and it is his thoroughness, knowledge, and trust that I have in him that keeps me as his patient. There are closer doctors to me but I feel I will not get the same level of personalized attention. They are not pushy about buying glasses through them like other offices. Their selection of glasses they offer are carefully selected (by one of his staff) that complement their patients. I used to select frames myself at other places and realized that frames I’ve purchased were uncomfortable. When I purchase from this office, I get the personalized attention to really find the right fit and frame that suits my face. I ask for recommendations and I find that she looks at you, asks the right questions, and thoughtfully selects the right frames for you to try on. She selects frames that best suits the shape of your face that looks natural and some with a subtle flair. Pricing of frames are modestly priced and my insurance covers most of the cost with minimal out of pocket costs. The out of pocket costs are clearly explained prior to ordering your glasses. To me, the out of pocket amount is well worth it since I know the frames will look good while being comfortable for my needs. Overall, you are in good hands with Dr Chang and his staff. You will have peace of mind knowing you will receive honest, quality care."
