Northside Hospital - Gwinnett Wound Treatment Center

"I had an appointment scheduled at 2:30pm yesterday. I am a sales person and could not leave my office at 1:30pm so I could arrive at 2pm to fill out paperwork. I called and told them I was running a little late and they said that I will have to reschedule my appointment. I was going to arrive at 2:30pm for my appointment. I was told that since I will not have the paperwork filled out before hand that they could not see me. I have a hole in my leg for over a month now and the urgent care center referred me to this Wound Specialist place. I have been in pain for over a month now. The customer service is complete ridiculous. The receptionist said let me check with the nurse and came back on the phone and said I would have to reschedule. I explained again that I was in pain and have a hole in my leg for over a month. The receptionist said that I would have to reschedule. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. I have contacted the urgent care place that referred me to them. Please do not recommend this facility because they have no customer service abilities or any caring for patients."

"When I use to go to the wound care every one there was wonderful & so kind. Dr. Schlegel is & was a great doctor who fixed my legs up & got me back to my old self. When I was there Bryan was there & he was amazing with all his patients too!"
