"I’ve seen Dr. Carroll since I was in high school. When he left his other practice I never could find a doctor that provided the same level of care. I happened to hear from another patient of his, about his new practice and immediately called to get an appointment. I haven’t felt more confidence in a doctor and a care plan anywhere else. I am so pleased to be back under Dr. Carroll’s care after a few years of struggling to find a doctor I was confident in. Update: I’m starting to not feel as confident in the care of Dr. Carroll or his team. We have a lot of communication issues and Dr. Carroll seems to be doing what he has to to move onto the next patient. The level of care is not what we expected and we are starting to feel like just a number which is the exact reason we left the last office. We are truly hoping to see some change in the level of care, communication, and organization through out this practice as we really do not want to have move again"

"I would put zero star, but google does not allow it so choosing one. Absolutely pathetic practice. Stay away. No convenient way of getting an appointment, front desk never answers the call. I was sick for a few days and wanted to get the checkup done, I called multiple times at the front desk, but nothing, it was going to voicemail. I ended up going to another doctor to get treated. They do the blood work but will never tell you the results unless you ask them and again & again, and you know how this goes when you try to reach someone there. You have to remind the doctor to upload your test results, they will never call you with the results. The doctor says to use the messaging feature in the patient portal for a fast response from his staff and him (so basically he acknowledges that his front desk is not responsive), well, I sent a message through the portal on 1/31/2023 at 9 AM and today is 02/01/2023 03:15 PM (time of this review). No response. Btw, my lab was done on 1/20/2023 10 AM. Based on my experience, the doctor is coming to the office but looks like he does not want to work (at least his lethargic behavior suggests that to me) or some other issues going on with him impacting his focus at work or looks like he only likes to see patients who are interested in the product he sells. My wife and I moved to this doctor because our current doctor was retiring and we saw good reviews on google, none of those are true based on my & my wife's experience with this practice. My reading says that, if you want to look pretty (get some face lifting done) and just want to go for a wellness check-up, this is your practice. Don't expect anything else from them, especially when you are sick. Before writing this review, we gave this practice many chances, multiple appointments, calls, and raising concerns with doctors, so this is not an observation based on just one day's experience."
