"I don’t even know where to start. The level of care is EXCEPTIONAL. I worked with Dr. Gay and his nurse Katie, and I can’t say enough good things. Navigating fertility issues is so stressful, and their constant communication helped to relieve some of that stress and fear. I never felt rushed when I asked questions and Dr. Gay/Katie made sure I throughly understood everything. Amy is also the best US sonographer I’ve come across. I went through both IUIs and IVF, and am so thankful for the SGF team for getting me pregnant after an embryo transfer. Forever grateful! As a patient, I believe it is crucial to be treated with respect and empathy, regardless of the circumstances. Such behavior not only undermines the trust and confidence patients have in your organization but also creates an unwelcoming environment. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but it is essential for staff members, especially those in customer-facing roles, to receive proper training in customer service and interpersonal skills. A patient's experience begins at the front desk, and it sets the tone for the entire visit.
