"I waited a long time for my order, and they did not include items that were supposed to be inside of one of my flatbreads, and when I asked about the items that were supposed to be in my wrap, I was told that it does not come with the wrap, even though it says differently on the board so I took a picture of it also, instead of giving me plant-based chicken like I asked, they gave me regular chicken. Instead of having those headphones in listening to music, he should have paid attention to what I said on my order and what was supposed to be in it. I will definitely be calling to file a complaint with corporate on the staff at this location."

"The service here was atrocious. First, the staff member taking my order at the intercom was so quick to cut me off even though I hadn't finished ordering. Second, when I received my order everything was made incorrectly--for example they made the Thai chicken salad with caesar dressing and parmesan crisps instead of the Thai dressing and wonton strips. The other item in my order, a chicken pesto flatbread, was also made incorrectly--it was missing tomatoes and pesto sauce. I went in the store to show them but the staff rudely insisted that the order was made correctly and that I should keep everything. Customers with food allergies please be wary when visiting this location; they claimed they were out of ingredients and didn't bother to inform me that they would be making substitutions to my food like that."

"Waited to place order for 20+ and then was rushed and cut off during order. They forgot my order and gave multiple wrong smoothies and food. I ordered a nine dollar salad that is the size of a kids portion along with being soggy. Both apples I ordered were brown and visually not edible. Customer service didn’t make the situation any better."

"The past two times I have been here to get a smoothie I have asked for a Pineapple, Mango, Coconut smoothie. Both times I have received one that says Mango Magic No no fat yogurt add coconut. Pic below. This is NOT what I ordered!!"

"I love to come here. I will frequent this location b/c I live and work in Opelika and it’s a often a healthier option. I usually get an item that’s on the retired menu (“Health Nut”) and they usually blend it right up for me except for once when they had to replace the blueberries with mango and surprisingly it was pretty good. The newest smoothie I have been pleasantly surprised by is the Mango Monsoon which tastes like an itty bitty tiny little piece of heaven! It’s really sweet but I love the flavors. I also love getting the flatbread/wrap with a smoothie deal. Just awesome!"
