I had labs taken and follow-up appointments scheduled at my first appointment. Very efficient staff and office. I would like to have received more information from the laboratory regarding lab procedures for sample drop off; I was simply given a bag with very little information and no directions for turning it in."

"Well, I been seeing a doctor at this office for a couple years. If there was another option I’d take it. They are hard to get an appointment with because they will reschedule at literally the last minute, but will charge the patient for a no show or being 30 minutes late. I never had a wait time less than 30 minutes. The staff will direct your call to an answering machine every time. So you MUST show up in person to handle anything important. If you do get an appointment, they likely haven’t looked into your file yet or checked any imaging they ordered. So it’s a wasted visit. But there are a lot of “here try this, if it don’t work we’ll prescribe something else” before they even identify the problem. I’ve never had a problem with insurance billing until I visited this office. Now I have some huge co pay bills. It hasn’t been a good experience AT ALL! I"
