"I went to another urgent care facility first and they were full for the day and recommended this facility. I didn't know about it before and had never heard of it before. I registered online to be seen and they were ready for me inside as soon as I finished registering. It took an hour from the time I came in to the time I left which I thought was great for a Saturday at an urgent care facility. The nurse and NP were both very nice, attentive and answered all my questions. I would come back to their facility and recommend it to other people as well."
"I have used this urgent care office 3 times in the last 6 months and each time the experience was 5 star experience from scheduling a visit to spending very little time waiting to be called back. Never felt rushed to explain my situation and have always felt the nurse , Doctor and assistants are truly listening to my explanation of my condition and concerns. Each visit has produced positive results in the medical treatment I received."
"I had a very good experience at MainStreet Family Care. The waiting room was almost empty, so that was a big plus. The check-in process was easy. I checked-in via my phone. (You can even do this part from home, I think.) Your phone gives you a code to put into the kiosk at the front desk to indicate that you are there. The staff is excellent and caring. Another thing I liked about this urgent care is that they will sell you several general meds (like Tylenol, Advil, etc.) so that you don't have to go to the store afterward. I thought this was a nice touch."
"Great experience all around. Staff was very professional and efficient. Much better service than I have had at other urgent care facilities in town. I strongly recommend them, with confidence others will be equally satisfied. It is easiest if you register online. In doing so, take a picture of your ID and insurance card as size is limited when trying to upload that info. Took me a few attempts to figure that out."
"Absolutely loved this place! So close to home and all of the nurses and doctors were so kind & intentional. They offered free juice, water, coffee, and it was a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I felt very taken care of and seen! Will definitely be back from now on!"
