"My co-worker was having a major allergic reaction due to a sting that happened at work. It was a honest emergency. This was the closest doctor office to where we were. We went inside the dr office and they refused to help. Made us drive 15 minutes to SE medical center while struggling to breathe. I understand they work off of appointments but for a dr to turn someone in urgent need of help away seems extremely unprofessional."

"I just visit this practice about 2 days ago and the doctor made us feel like he was interested in why I was there. My husband walk back with me and was there as well when doctor came in too see me! And I do not if he just do not care for African Americans or not but my husband and I got a bad vibe from him. His nurse was so sweet and caring. I will say that!"

"My sister was visiting me from out of town several months ago, and attempted to make an appointment when she became ill. The receptionist and front staff were rude to her on the phone and belittled her for not having a physical insurance card despite being able to pull it up on her phone. She chose to not keep her appointment and went elsewhere. My husband (who has a review below) was sick and also in need of being seen. I encouraged him to try the practice, but as you can see, he was rejected due to not being a "current patient". My own personal experience with the front staff has been horrible. They are rude and insensitive. Quite frankly, I put up with it as I enjoyed the doctor and Mrs. Ramona. The quality of medicine they practice is high, I just wish their staff were as exceptional as they are."
