"I had the pleasure of visiting this practice today, 11.27.23. From the moment I called and set the appointment, I was impressed. The staff as well as Dr. Graham were all wonderful. I'll definitely be a patient for life."

"I almost didn’t post this, but I feel like it needs to be said… If you have children and you’re looking to schedule their first eye exam, I would recommend that you avoid this practice. After bringing my four year old daughter, she was given a very minimal prescription. Her insurance covered the cost of certain frames. (Nothing out of the normal there.) The options were limited and apparently, finding a frame to fit her tiny face wasn’t the top priority. This office just wanted to make sure they could get every penny possible, rather than doing the right thing and sending their new patient somewhere else if it means that they could get what they needed. She was put in a 53 eye size! The temple length is way too long. The bridge is so wide that it doesn’t even touch her nose. She’s not going to be able to wear these glasses and I’ll be returning them. Up to this point I was giving them the benefit of a doubt and planned on bringing my daughter back in for a recheck. I had even scheduled an appointment for myself. But then—when I called the practice to request her pupillary distance so that I can go find a second set of frames that fit her, I was told that the office charges a fee of $10 before they will share my child’s medical and biometric information with me. At that point, I might as well just grab a marker, dot up her pupils on the lenses they just gave me and measure the optical center myself. They could’ve saved me the trouble and gained four more patients today, but I guess $10 is more important than doing good business in 2023. I worked in optical for years and I’ve never heard of a practice charging a patient for a pupillary distance measurement. That’s so greedy. And, I bet they’re not giving their staff a bonus for the $2.50 per second that they’re asking for. That’s approximately how long it takes to look through a pupillometer. Four seconds, maybe? And it takes them even less time to tell their patients that info over the phone instead of trying to ransom it. Go somewhere that cares about people over money. This probably isn’t the eye doctor you’d want to bring your family to."

"Dr Gardner was very nice when I had my exam and explained everything for me getting glasses. The staff is terrible and I had a billing issue that was on their end that I had to keep calling insurance and them to get it fixed. That’s the reason I stopped going and want go back. I wish Dr Gardner would hire new staff, then I may consider coming back."

"My husband purchased a pair of Cazels eyewear. While he had to go back and forth to office to get adjustment etc. he felt so uncomfortable so I went with him today . The staff is very rude they do not acknowledges you upon entering. I greeted the young lady at the desk she had a very hard time greeting me back . The staff act as if they do not want to service you. They seem as if they seen a alien once you enter. There’s no welcoming vibe in this place what so ever. An establishment suppose to make you feel welcome even if you don’t like them nor if you don’t want to be bothered with them. I feel if that’s not you career specialty meaning you the staff need to go work somewhere else and you are in the wrong profession . I have heard many good things about the doctor. I’m very disturbed that the staff would act in this manner. Lastly, I’ve worked for an ophthalmologist in Ohio and never ever have we've treated patients nor clients in this aspect. Please take note and make a change . This is 2023 not 1800’s Because our money could be spent at another establishment."

"For someone who never had to wear glasses his whole life I was dreading this visit. However the employees are so helpful and descriptive when it comes to the eye exams. They made my experience one to remember. I really liked the way they walk you through each detail of the exam. You don't realize what you're missing when your eyes start to age. As soon as I went through the exam I felt confident that I wanted reading glasses. I didn't like that I had to choose my new frames so fast but I still think that I made a good decision. Great job being professional!"
