"Never answers the phone or returns phone calls and when they do it’s days or weeks later. Even the pharmacy told me they have trouble getting in touch with them to approve refills. When calling with questions for nurse/doctor about current medication or medical issues it takes days to hear back if you hear back at all."

"The nurse, Tessa, was great today while drawing my blood. My veins roll and usually end with me being stuck several times before anyone can succeed. She got it on the first try, and didn't hurt me at all."

"Came in with a really severe urinary tract infection. I was given a 10-day antibiotic which worked well. The staff is very polite and very concerned. After the antibiotic I was feeling better. I was happy that they take Medicaid. Until now I have not been able to find a family doctor for myself."

"My family has been going to this office for years. From back when Dr. Greening himself was still there. My children who started seeing him when they were 3,6, and 8 are still going here and they are in their late teens and early 20s. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Small town feel and you get in and out pretty fast."
