"I made appointments for my daughter and I prior to going to this facility. I would strongly advise anyone going to do the same. There were people coming in at the same time as us who were told there was an hour wait before they could be seen, so I was very thankful for the appointments. We were called back together, which was nice, within 10 minutes of our appointment times. I consider this very reasonable. The nurses did a great job of checking is in quickly (vitals, blood pressure, flu/covid/strep tests). The P.A. came in to see us before the test results were ready, which I appreciated because it moves things along faster. He evaluated us, wrote some maintenance prescriptions, and then went to check the test results. He came back fairly quickly with those as well. But when he left to go and get the rest of the prescriptions written up, I feel like this is where we were left sitting and waiting for a little too long. However, we were both not feeling well and exhausted, so that likely plays into why it seemed like it took forever. When another nurse appeared with our papers and prescription, it was all smooth sailing from there. We were at the facility for a total of 1 hour and 8 minutes from start to finish. A bonus I forgot to mention is that since this facility is fairly new, it still looks very clean."

"Great staff, very professional but also extremely friendly. The PA I saw was a great guy who listened carefully to what I had to say. From the front desk to the nurse who took my vitals to the X-ray tech and to PA Eric Rose , they get 5 stars from me. Great team."

"I was able to make an appointment which most Urgent Care facilities do not offer. Was also able to check in on line and provide all information needed which expedited the process on arrival. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Diagnosis was offered but testing done to verify, I had scripts for things to aid the healing process and was on my way. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience."
