"My first visit to the Dunwoody OB/GYN to confirm my pregnancy was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment my husband and I walked in. Dr. Price was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, alleviating any concerns I had. The facility was clean and modern, creating a calming atmosphere. "This office consistently mishandles concerns and test results. We have had 3 tests ran with them and each time you would have to ask for the results yourself or you wouldn’t get it. The last straw for me was my UTI complaint. Risk for pregnancy is that a UTI might spread to kidney and uterus possibly needing a hysterectomy. Despite me pleading about the symptoms, they pushed it off and said to wait for lab culture results before treating. It has been 5 days since my sample was taken. For a urine culture to determine a UTI, this is absurd. We truly feel like we made a mistake of trusting them with our pregnancy care."
"Dr. Sermons and team exceeded my expectations. This is my first pregnancy, so natural I’m already anxious. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome. There was a little wait but the staff made sure to communicate with me and check on me. Dr. Sermons was amazing! He made me feel so comfortable. Came and introduced himself before my ultrasound. I really appreciated him and the warm staff. So glad I made the switch to this practice."
"I’ve been a patient here for years. Never had an issue before. The doctors are amazing!! Love Dr. Sermons and highly recommend him. However, the administrative staff there are the problem. I have been trying to reach my nurse for more than a MONTH now. I have yet to receive a returned phone call. When I called last week to voice concerns about the non-return phone call, the front desk were nonchalant and didn’t even verify my information for the nurse to call back. Really disappointed."
"The staff was very nice as well as Dr. Lisa Price! They were very understanding and easy to communicate with. The only reason why I have to give only 4 stars is because I waited a long time both in the waiting room and in the backroom itself."
