"DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PRACTICE ALLOWS SENSITIVE PATIENT DATA TO BE ACCESSED BY UNSCRUPULOUS PARTIES. AFTER ALLOWING MEDICAL RECORDS TO BE STOLEN, CORPORATE HAS MADE THEMSELVES COMPLETELY UNAVAILABLE, SHUTTING DOWN ALL CHANNELS OF CONTACT, REFUSING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND ARE INSULATING THEMSELVES FROM ANY ACCOUNTABILITY, USING STAFF AND DOCTORS AS SHIELDS. STAFF REFUSES TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION IDENTIFYING THE CORPORATION WHICH HOLDS PATIENT DATA. I was a patient for nearly 10 years and the level of service and professionalism from staff had been on a noticeable decline for at least half of that time. The doctor I had been seeing there had been consistently good at what she does- that had been the only reason I continued to go there, despite the bad attitudes from staff members (not all staff but enough to be noticeable), ridiculously long wait times (see other reviews, this is not an exaggeration) and costly billing issues. On January 31, 2024, patients received an email, dated within the body as January 30, 2024, notifying them that their data has been compromised, including their medical records. In this email they also stated that they had been aware of this breach since April 12, 2023. They also went on to try to put the blame and the onus for resolving the matter on the patients. Minimal contact information was provided, which was for some 3rd party company, that when contacted, only apologizes for the frustration/inconvenience, then refers callers to a different 888 number, which connects to the same 3rd party company, sending callers into a infuriating loop with no recourse, unable to get any more information or support. When patients now attempt to contact Comprehensive Women's OB/GYN through one of their regular office numbers, they will find that one of the numbers has been completely disconnected, and the other still working number just rings and rings and no one answers, no matter how many times the number is called, and no matter which extension is chosen. May I point out, that in this day-and-age, when we have at least 18 State Attorneys General (Georgia's AG included) who are fighting right now to gain access to/obtain womens' medical records for the purposes of prosecuting them for receiving reproductive healthcare services that they don't like because of their own personal religious views, THIS LACK OF CONCERN FOR PATIENTS' PRIVACY AND THEIR DATA IS DANGEROUS. Truly DISGUSTED with the way this practice is handling sensitive patient matters and records. Breaches happen, I get it. But HOW a company responds to and handles serious breaches, such as stolen medical records, is what truly matters. It is a strong indication as to that company's level of trustworthiness. Trust is IMPERITIVE for a medical practice, especially one that is supposed to be providing care to pregnant mothers and their babies. This practice and the "corporate office" they keep referring to while simultaneously refusing to name, are saying A LOT about how seriously they (don't) take the health and safety of their patients. They are not to be trusted. Absolutely will never return to Comprehensive Woman's OB/GYN as a patient."

"My 12-week appointment was at 10:45am. It's now 1:30pm. They took my vitals around 11:45. I cannot explain enough how insane this office staff is. At 2hrs I asked for a plan and they didn't have any info. When I pressed, the nurse called me into a patient room to explain the "situation" that there were other patients with complications before me. I understood bc ive had my own, but the lack of communication and taking ownership of the issue is unacceptable. They have zero respect for anyone's time."

"Waited for two hours in the waiting room to be see the Dr. The appointment went by really quick and felt rushed. I am still experiencing the same issues I came in for. The worst part of all, I paid $114 for something the front desk lady mistakenly charged me due to error in thinking I was here for annual and gave me a "receipt" for a refund. The refund was never posted or credited back to my bank account. It has been 19 days and I still don't have my money back. They took my money! I won't be coming back here again!"

"I have, for the most part enjoyed each visit. Sometimes there is a wait but I am pretty patient. My only concern is feeling like my doctor isn’t doing all she can to ensure I am able to conceive a child. I feel that I am trying to get her to do more to increase my chances of pregnancy in the future but there seems to be little she is willing to do."

"I am truly disappointed at the downturn this office has taken. The phone lines are never answered, and the patient portal is lacking what is needed. When you finally get through over the phone, most of the staff is impatient and rude. We have been waiting for a week for the nurse to call in a prescription and they have yet to do so. I've had testing scheduled for weeks, and when I arrived to the Hospital, the office sent a form but requested the wrong exam. When calling the office, the front desk kept transferring me to the nurses voicemail, even though I informed her that I was at the testing center and it was the 2nd time they caused me to waste my time showing up to the hospital for testing while they did not handle things on their end. The staff needs extensive and intensive training. I love Dr. Jackie but it may be time to switch to a different GYN."
