"We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bianco and his staff while working on a project together, and this practice lives by their motto- the way healthcare used to be. Dr. Bianco cares not only about the sick people who need his attention, but he cares about keeping people healthy, replacing sick care philosophy with healthcare, preventive treatments, and keeping people informed about their choices. I interviewed several of their patients, and a common refrain was - they listen to me - they care about me- they welcome me as if I were part of the family. If I needed to come every week or every day, I am welcome to do so, and there is rarely more than a few minutes wait, if that. We are fortunate to have such a practice in our area! From what I have witnessed, Bianco Primary Care doesn't just place the word "CARE" gratuitously in their name, they really practice doing it. Thank you to Dr. Mike, Dr. Shelly, and their wonderful staff, Eileen and Kayla, for the benefits you provide to the community!"

"The doctor and the staff were amazing to work with and I left there feeling like they genuinely cared about my needs. Never once did I feel rushed or that the Doctor had better places to be. He took the time to answer all of my questions, discuss all of my needs, and plus he actually had a personality on top of it! "This is the best practice in Atlanta. Dr. Bianco, his nurse, Kayla, and his his Office Manager, Eileen, have all helped me personally and professionally over the past couple of years. I am a burn patient that requires lots of medicine, expertise and general care. It often changes depending on what I’m feeling that week or even that day. Kayla never hesitates to respond to my emails and I send a lot of them. She also helps me to navigate my medicaid (since I’m disabled) payments for all these medications. She calls the pharmacy on my behalf to fix it! She doesn’t just tell me what to tell them. She and Dr. Bianco also sit down, review my emails and decide what’s best for me. You can’t go wrong using this practice. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by Eileen’s gorgeous, bright smile. I consider them family and you won’t find a better practice anywhere."

They take time to research my personalized care and being able to contact them at any time and know they are there has changed my life! Then there is the staff.
