"I started with this practice over a decade ago during a high risk pregnancy and can't say enough good things! The providers really care about you and I have always gotten great care. I now go just for Gyno visits, have seen Dr. K and Jennifer; they are both wonderful! I had a really painful and delicate condition last year that ended up requiring surgery (performed by Dr K). They were so compassionate, knowledgeable and quick to get me scheduled once we realized surgery was needed. I trust them implicitly am so grateful for them and the entire staff."

"I had an annual appointment where a 3 week followup was scheduled. This office is unorganized. I confirmed an appt a day before it was scheduled back in May because I did not receive a confirmation call. Ashlyn or Ashtyn confirmed It was not on the schedule, but got me in the following week (May 26th). We rescheduled the appointment for the followup, but I later canceled due to how unorganized it was. I also requested a call back (in May) from the provider (Tara) and never heard from them. A week after my annual the provider called me, unscheduled, to review labs and ask if I got my prescription filled. I then received a bill (from May in October) for a telehealth appointment that never happened. In my experience calling to review labs is standard. and called on Monday spoke with Paige. She said the office manager would call me. It's Wednesday I didn't hear anything so I called back and was met with an attitude from Paige saying my notes have a telehealth appt so I need to pay. I do not recommend this office just with how unorganized they are and other reviews highlight the random charges."

"I thoroughly trusted the Dr until they charged me $250 for a 15 minute consult. No exam. No blood pressure taken. Just talked with the Dr who didn’t even know why I was there. It wasn’t time for my 6th Month exam. I’ve made several attempts to rectify this bill with no return phone calls. I paid $100 towards this protested bill. Have the cancelled ck but not reflecting on 2 billing cycles. Called twice again. We will see if I get a return call this time. Will never go back this Dr is not God and no one should charge $250 for a 15 mjnute talk Shame on y’all"
