"Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful! My child was very comfortable and well cared for. We were in and out in less than an hour too! The office was clean, well-lit, and had toys and lollipops for kiddos to choose from! I can’t say enough about this place. 10/10!"
"Hands down the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Registering online + being alerted when to head in so you’re not stuck sitting in a waiting room? Genius. Not having to fill out paperwork while entertaining kids because you already registered online? Genius. The nurse who took our vitals was sweet and engaging, then the doctor was ACTUALLY helpful, and listened to all of my concerns. We were in and out from check in to back in the car in about 45 minutes - and that’s only because my son took some extra time at the treasure box on the way out. This is the kind of experience urgent care should be EVERY TIME."
"They were great! First time going here but we loved it. We were in and out relatively quickly. They were great with my 2 yr old and even gave my 6 yr old who wasn’t being seen a sucker as well! We’ll definitely be back."
"There was barely any wait on a Friday night and everyone we encountered was professional and kind. Location was clean and testing was completed quickly. Prescriptions were sent straight over to the pharmacy of my choice without issue. For a 1st time patient I'll rate it a 5 star experience"
"Absolutely worse service I’ve ever had. Called here 3 times to try to speak to someone, got hung up on. Then I got here where a tablet was waiting on us. Got here at 0900 it’s currently 1156 and not one person came out to help with signing up. They try to speak to us over a tablet. About 30 minutes ago I noticed my son’s bday being stated to a different parent, come to find out my child’s information was being given to another parent by mistake. WHERE IS EVERYONE? Someone went back 45 minutes ago and hasn’t came out yet. Are my kids going to be seen today?"
