"We've always enjoyed our trips to Roswell Eye Clinic, from the exams to selecting of glasses, everyone always goes above and beyond. Recently I needed new sunglasses and Derek helped me and he went even further. due to the complexities of my prescription, we went though several attempts to get me into the glasses I wanted, we had to got through several attempts but were finally able to succeed! Each time Derek remained insightful, positive and informative about what was going on with my sunglasses. when it comes time to select you glasses, ask for Derek and you wont be disappointed!"
"I have been coming here for years. Every time I am greeted with warm and personal professionalism that is unmatched. Today was no different. Because my insurance changed I had to purchase my glasses from another store. However, they could not get my glasses to fit properly, though they tried. But they were extremely misshapen and actually hurt. But today I stopped by Roswell Eye Clinic for help. Derek K. was so patient and helpful. After working on them for 45 minutes or so, he had them fitting perfectly. Thank you so much, Derek!"
"I had to switch eye doctors because my Doctor retired. I have been treated for dry eye and gotten my glasses there for the last two years. They are on time, professional and have a great frame selection. I have been lucky enough to have Greg Hendrix assist me with my frame selection and fitting. He has been A plus. I hope I’m able to request him if he is not given my chart next time I am in."
"Been a client here for a few years. The staff are very friendly, Greg Hendrix is the best with getting just what is needed for your glasses. One issue I have had is getting notifications for glasses that are ready for pickup—this last time I had to call to check and found out they had been ready for about 10 days— instead of a text maybe a quick call would work better—since I never received an initial text re: completion."
