"I like Dr Hammond... Straight forward and easy... The office staff worse ever rude, no idea in regards to billing and coding... Mainly the front desk and the office manager if she was my employee... Gone, fired bye!"

"Mostly the staff is friendly and professional except for one reception who answers the phones, she can be rude so you have to be especially assertive with her to get what you need accomplish. The nurse practitioner I see here seems to be in personable if you need to make changes. I was told by my psychiatrist as well as having his notations in writing from the MD-Live app; this is where my appointments are through my insurance plan, that his notations and his professional decision could have been written by anybody. With that being said it's apparent that she, the nurse practitioner nor did her nurse take the time to discuss or ask questions to get the necessary information before she made medical decisions."

"I have encountered terrible experiences with Dr. Kristie Johnson. She don't listen to your concerns. Her attitude started getting horrible and she didn't really seem to care overall about anything. She don't like to send referrals when asked to see a specialist. She tries to talk to you as if you don't know anything or know what you're feeling or she acts and throw out subliminal words basically trying to say that you are just delusional. I can just go on and on. It's this one receptionist that has terrible customer service. This was just what I encountered there. You have some doctor's that care for their patients and take the time out to listen and then you have some that are like her and don't take the time out to care and listen to their patients. They pick and choose who they do that for...Its a go figure..."

"I have a birth defect so I've seen a number of different doctors and have had good and a few not so good experiences. They're kind and helpful to me. They listen to me when I have something to say and answer my questions the best they can. My doctor is very friendly and I've seen him for years now and don't plan on finding another one."

"I absolutely love this office. I love Karla- cannot say enough good things about her and how she treats her patients. I see reviews about the staff being bad; however, I’ve always had a good experience with the staff. Don’t listen to the poor reviews- truly a good practice. Highly recommend Karla!"
