"As soon as I walked into the facility I was greeted with a smile. My visit was over within an hour. As I add this update all I can say is AWE the young lady at the front desk was so attentive, I went in due to feeling a bout of vertigo and my goodness is all I can say. The nurses took good care of me and the Dr was the bomb!!"

"Idk what the bad reviews are really about. I’ve noticed that people will complain about any and every single thing. Fortunately, my experience was pleasant. I scheduled an appointment online prior to me going to this location. I also did all the necessary paperwork before I got there, like they recommended. When I got there I was greeted by the receptionist and she checked me in. I waited no more than 10 minutes after my set appointment time of 9:30am. The nurse and the doctor were both very helpful. The doctor especially showed that she cared about correcting my issue and what she actually prescribed me is working. She was very knowledgeable and she didn’t just tell me any ole thing bc I went and got a 2nd opinion the very same day from a specialist and both said the same thing! I have absolutely no complaints about this facility and I was in major pain when I got there. Overall, I was pleased w/my first time at this facility and I would definitely visit here again."

"Update 12/27/24: Sophia took excellent care of me during a follow-up visit due to same issue. Hopefully on the mend now. Thanks Sophia!! 12/18/23: Great experience here. Elena, Sharece, and CoCo (sorry if I butchered the spellings!) took good care of me last week. Really appreciate the online appointments, text reminder, and then didn't wait long at all in the lobby or waiting room! It was amazing how fast I was taken care of! This was a terrific experience all the way around. Very clean, ample parking, great location, friendly staff. Not that I want a medical issue to arise, but if I do, I'd absolutely come back here! Thank you again!!"

"The medical service was perfect. The administrative part at the front desk was less than acceptable. I made an appointment. I was asked if I minded waiting until noon because other people were walking in ahead of me. What’s the purpose of an appointment? I was seen on time as I told her I did mind. I did not care for her lack of knowledge that walk ins come after people who actually made an appointment. Then there was some discussion about an outstanding balance. I pulled up my checking account to show her I actually made that payment. Maybe your system has a few days lag time. My point is that your front desk person should be more professional and not debate with the patients. Thank you."

"From the moment I walked in the lady at the counter was friendly and courteous. When i was called back a young guy named Dewayne was outstanding. He made my uncomfortable situation not seem so bad. Funny at the perfect times, overall a great experience. He could teach a master class on customer interaction and showing genuine concern. Then i meet the PA Alana she has a great bedside manner and showed genuine compassion and concern. I am in love with this staff and if i am in need of a urgent care situation I can’t imagine going anywhere else."
