"I'm only giving 3 stars because I miss the older medical assistant there the new one with the red hair can't ever help me with anything. She also looks clueless. With that type of job you're supposed to be able to help or give answers instead not knowing what to do or what to say.. she's not new anymore she's been there awhile now.. I miss the older lady.. the red head didn't give me any information on what I should do when I move.. now I moved.. I'm trying to figure out how can I get my son transferred to another doctor in Virginia.. when I call she even acts lost idk what to do...."
