"I've been having serious pain in my lower stomach and back. I'm in Alabama. I called triage at Emory Healthcare where my insurance is. They said to go to urgent care. I Googled Urgent Care, Roanoke, Alabama. It comes up as, Urgent Care in Roanoke, AL. I get there, the big sign, shows Urgent Care. I go in, tell them I'm there for Urgent Care. They say, "we're not Urgent Care!" When I left, I saw the sign. Called, told them they need to change their sign and hung up. This is not the first time they've been rude and completely unprofessional. I will NEVER go there again. I live in Roanoke, but I'd much rather drive to Georgia to see a doctor who actually cares about what's going on!! They suck at healthcare!"

"Great clinic with excellent doctors that really care. They helped me when my gastroenterologist just wanted to do a colonoscopy and not really address the problem. Samantha is the best! She went above and beyond to make sure I got the answers I was looking for. Couldn't be happier with their services."

"Made a appointment but can't seem to get anyone on the phone to let them know I'm going to be late to the appointment because something came up but like I said before won't answer the phone"

"Friendly staff but the dr I saw didn’t seem to listen to anything I had to say and instead prescribed me something that I’m her words “I trust my drug rep more than my own eval so I’m going to give you samples and a card for free refills”. Firstly, no doctor should rely on what their drug rep is pushing they should conduct their own evaluation which absolutely was not done. Also, the “free refill card” she gave me expired two years ago. Saw this immediately on the card after she just got through telling me it was a new drug. I also told her I wanted a FULL work up on my bloodwork. When my results came back I asked about several things and they said oh she didn’t check on that. It was several major reasons I had the blood work in the first place. Good luck to you is all I can say. And it’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone."

"Good experience as a new patient. Labs are expensive for cash paying patients. This facility should be following CDC guidelines concerning wearing mask. A fully vaccinated patient should not have to wear a mask. CDC guidance and state law say I don’t have to wear a mask if I’m vaccinated. What’s the point of getting a vaccine if I have to continue to wear a mask. Your policy is illogical. Jonathan Tinney LPN."
