"I love my Doctor she is the best. But Megan that works in the front office it’s very rude. And I was trying to explain to her what my doctor had said and she became even more rude and just hung up the phone on me. If I didn’t love my doctor so much I would leave this office. Because of that one receptionist and she makes me not even feel comfortable visiting the office at this point. I don’t even want to call to even schedule an appointment. So my experience on today was horrible via phone. And every time I ever call the office and get her she is always very very rude . By everyone else that works at the reception area is very nice and accommodating."
