"I visited them a month ago, was told before I left my appointment that my glasses would be ready by the 18th. Its the 27th and they have no indications of my glasses. Had to reorder some new glasses and now I have to wait again. Would not recommend."

Since moving from Orlando, FL and having an awesome Eye Doctor and staff, my concerns were how can I find top quality service that would match my previous experience. That being said, I did not want to drive an 1.5 hr to Birmingham being that it is the closes big city. Well, what a surprise! Your establishment met all my needs. A great clean office, a friendly staff and courteous Doctor. So far, you guys rock. Thank you."

"The Dr was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and had me excited about my 1st pair of glasses. His assistant Paige was great as well and helped me to pick out my frames with no rush. A lot of choices there. Over all, I was very satisfied and will be coming back."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I was scheduled for a appointment on January 15. The examine went by fast without any problems, and the doctor prescribed me some glasses for night vision. So I picked out some glasses from there catalog that’s had various styles . The lady supposedly put my order in on January 15 and said they would be back on February 4 . With that being said they hand me a half piece of paper stating my pick up date, and that I should pick them up before 1 o’clock. Also on that paper they said don’t call the office asking if your glasses have arrived we will call g if any conflicts arise basically . So I followed there rules and waited until February 4 before I went out there to pick up my glasses. Once I arrived in their clinic at approximately 1130 she stated that my glasses were not in and she wasn’t able to track them down. And that she would put a rush on my order . Now it’s February 15 and I still haven’t received my glasses. Every time I call the office no one answers . Now that I know this is how this company runs I will definitely not be back in the future .Not to mention no one even called to tell me my glasses were not even in the office on the scheduled due date !"
