"I hade a hemoglobin level of 9.1. Had to go to the ER because I was almost passing out every time I stood up. Worst feeling in my life. Stayed at the ER waiting room for 4 hours and 8 hours in the room. Southlake Regional couldn't even give me an Iron Pill. My son was with me the whole time. If it wasn't for him, I'd be in really bad shape. He totally saved me. And he's only 9 years old. That hospital is the WORST. THEY SUCK! !"

"I ended up in here by mistake and already knew this place wasnt a good place to help. They kept saying i was in the wrong plaza that i needed to cross the bridge to get where i was when actually it was next door. They kept saying with attitudes that no this is not the place follow your gps. Well my gps took me in this plaza and thought that was the place i needed to be. They were just plain rude about a small mistake. Im sorry for patients having to go through their nasty attitudes."

"I showed up for my first appointment with them only to learn that the doctor I was scheduled to see was not in. I was told that they tried to contact me which was not true. I always answer my phone or check voice messages for the occasional calls that I cannot take at the time of the call. When I returned to the newly rescheduled appointment the staff was very unfriendly with the exception of one member who prepped me for my injection. I was told that the physical therapy location would be in contact to schedule an appointment. A week has passed and I have not heard from anyone. Still in extreme pain with no relief."

"Let me start off by saying I'm here now and very upset. I had a 9:45a app. Got here at 9:30a and was told one of the dr I need to see was not here today... Why wasn't this communicated to me when I made my appointment. That was told they wouldnt be in till next Thurs. They said they tried to call and tell me but my number was wrong... How??? When I received two reminder text telling me about my appointment... I have a fracture in my arm and several disc messed up in my neck since march 6 and been holding out waiting for a Dr to see me and thought I was going to get relief finally. So I'm still sitting in the lobby at 10:30 an hour later and no specialist to see me after filling out several forms and still in pain... Two people came in behind me and are in the back getting seen... Had I known everyone they said I needed to be seen by wasn't here, I would have made other arrangements..."

"I honestly felt more like a number than a name at this medical center, like they just want to be done with you. Appointments felt rushed, and I barely had a time to get in a word about any questions I had with the doctor I had here. Another thing would include the struggle of "faxing" specific paper work that my job needed, but this took several unnecessary weeks to be done, and I had to go to the medical center to fax it myself elsewhere. I appreciate the services I received but thats about it."
