"Billing - was told I didn't owe anything at the initial discussion for a procedure and scheduled it. Two days before I get called to pay and they ask for $2,500 on the spot. I wasn't prepared for that and had to cancel. Nobody said anything and then they charged me a $275 cancellation fee. I was pretty rudely told about the form I had signed regarding cancellation fees, which I'm sure I did, but wouldn't have cancelled or scheduled if I knew the proper amount/ballpark."
"I can't recommend this office enough. They were terrific from check in to check out! Jennifer Strickland, took time with me and listened to what I had to say. She immediately set up a plan of action to address my issues to hopefully come up with a solution. I felt like a truly valued patient! I will definitely be returning."
"Check in was efficient. I was taken back to the surgery center after a short wait time. The nurse that met me was nice and pleasant. After a few minutes of getting an IV started and signing some papers, I didn’t have to wait too long before my procedure with Dr. An. After the procedure, Dr. An talked to me & my husband about the test results. Dr. An was very professional and answered any questions that we had."
