"Currently sitting in waiting room with my older parent. Got here early , was told to be here at9:45. At 10:07 ask at front desk when will be taken back. They said it would be an hour! The standard time in the waiting room is one hour from the time that they tell you to be there until taken back! I think that this is excessive to say the least. Praying for a smooth surgery."
