"I had my annual exam in December 2023. The doctor kept trying to push a form of birth control on me I did not want. And when she asked why I was on the pill. I mentioned my hematologist and she said they were wrong about why I bleed so much. They took my blood pressure incorrectly and changed my meds. No one has followed up with me for my results and they sent me to get labs for fibroids and won’t answer the phone for my results. I gave it sometime due to the holiday but still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone in the Clayton county area. Very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care about women’s health"

"Another unproductive establishment with the absence of morals & integrity while they participate in stalking & harassing their clients. My appointment was at 11:15 & I walked out at 12:30 because they were intentionally prolonging my time there. I won't be back & the front desk assistant that looks like Mrs Potato Head can sukk a baby carrot"

"I had an appt for birth control 8/15. I wanted the depo so the doc told me to come back when my menstrual started because I was currently on the patch. Today I picked my prescription up from cvs (yes the depo) and dr.lemon told me all I needed to do was call before I came to let them know I was on the way. I got to the office at 9:45, there were 3 ppl ahead of me. By the time I left at 11:40, 2 people who had come in after me had been called to the back. Even though I was told to simply show up to receive the injection I was put down as a walk in. Even though I arrived at 9:45 I was put down in the system for having an appt at 10:45. At this time it was already 10:30 so I’m like whatever I’ll just wait. After seeing 2 people be called back that arrived after 10:30, I approached the desk to ask about a wait time since people were going back who had come in after me. I was told I’m a walk-in so whoever has an appt will be seen before me. Me and the receptionist is going back and forth and she goes on to say I asked the doc if she told someone to come back when the menstrual started to get their shot and she tells me that DR. LEMON HAD NEVER TOLD ANYONE THAT!!!!!! That was the final straw for me. I left. When I was pregnant going here, I personally saw with my own eyes ppl walk in and everybody gets seen in the order the arrived. It’s always been in a 1st come 1st serve type of establishment so I’m not understanding why I had to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours just to be told anybody with an appt will be seen before me. At this time the 5 people that was still waiting has appts at 10:45. 11:00, 11:15 and 11:30. Excuse any typos in this review I’m too angry to correct as I just made it back home from leaving there."

"This obgyn is very unprofessional. Never sent over my medication to the pharmacy. I been calling for two days. Now the office have me calling Dr. Lemon at the other location because she said that she don’t check her messages. Do your job right the first time. This is a serious business that have something to do with the human body. Take care of your patients."
