"The staff was friendly and efficient. I have no complaints about them, and I’m sure they are very helpful for the things they can help with. Unfortunately, company policies require payment upfront, sharing of insurance information (for further billing), and waiting in the waiting room, even if everyone but you knows that you will not be eligible for treatment there. I took my mother who had bumped her head in a fall, and she was referred to the ER. I’m sure everyone but my mother and I knew that they would not be able to help her there, but they went ahead and took payment and had us wait to talk to the PA who made the referral. Ultimately, it felt more like a moneygrubbing organization than a healthcare provider."

"As a retired physician visiting I came down with a severe bronchitis while visiting here. I walked in to the very convenient Decatur office as an unscheduled patient and was seen immediately, and was very impressed with the medical care and facility itself, which included x-ray capability. The staff was very professional and pleasant, the facility was immaculately clean, and I received a full report including disc copy of my x-ray at the end of my visit. I was even personally called the next day to see how I was doing on my prescribed medications. I highly recommend the facility without reservation (no pun intended). KL MD"

"We've been to two different locations over the past two months (the other location was in Virginia Highlands). They prescribed 3x the recommended dosage for my 9 year old, of which I tried to contact them to inform them of the error that could have made my child very I'll and no one even returned my calls. Today's visit, we made an appointment, arrived 20 min early, still waited for over an hour past the appointment time and then they never called in the prescription for my 7 year old. We left messages and no one called us back."

"Wonderful visit. I was able to get an appointment in under an hour online. Everyone there was very polite and friendly. There was no waiting and there was no crowd. The building is brand new fresh and clean and lots of sunlight. All the staff from front desk, to triage, to the physicians assistant, or all pleasant And approachable."

"Terrible location and time management. I made an appointment at 2:40- arrived early. I watched 2 lady’s arrive. One with child (so I understand) and the second one who was obviously late for her appointment taken straight back. As my payment is being collected- I was told it’ll be another 30-40 minutes wait. What’s the point of appointment times? They are lucky I’ve already paid my 210.00. These “nurses” need to work on time management. Thank god they aren’t in an ER. Lives would definitely be lost."
