"Recently, I have been exposed to both ends of the spectrum of hospital culture, both of which I did not know existed. Last week after a terrible experience at North Fulton Hospital in Alpharetta, one so bad we left AMA, against medical advice, after some of the worst hospital service and culture I’ve personally witnessed in my 60 years. Absolutely terrible. After leaving and resting at home for a day, it was suggested we get to back to an ER. Not knowing where to go, we drove to Northside Hospital Cherokee only to witness an entirely different medical world. From the time we met Brooke at front check in, through several hours of ER wait, to being admitted, Northside Hospital has the patient experience in mind. Every Northside employee, from all the medical staff to admin to facilities, treat patients as if they are true family members…… the culture is very different. If you have a choice, I highly recommend staying away from Wellstar North Fulton and seek any Northside Facility in Atlanta, especially Northside Cherokee. This will be our family hospital going forward. Thanks Northside for proving high quality medical care does exist."

"I am also a patient of doctor Robinson and experienced exactly what Lisa B. experienced except they agreed to speak with the new doctor in the practice to get me a temporary refill good for 30 days, they would call me back that day to give me confirmation, that was on Friday 6/29. It is now 7/5/18 and still no call back. I was surprised that my doctor was no longer at the practice when i called to request RX refill and to schedule my annual check up. I did not receive any letter, email or phone call to inform me of my doctor leaving this practice nor was it listed in my well star portal inbox. I am very happy to be changing doctors this month."

"Very good doctor and great clinic! I am new to the Atlanta/Roswell area and was very apprehensive about finding a primary care doctor. I searched and read reviews and found this place. I am so happy I went here. Dr Sharma put me at ease and made me feel comfortable about being there. And he was genuinely interested in my concerns and questions. He took the time to get to know me and and explain his thoughts. The staff here are also friendly and informative. If you are looking for a primary care doctor than I highly recommend giving this place a try."

"I just came from Dr. Sharma's office for my annual with him and as always, he and his staff is the best. Tia at the front desk always greet me and the other patients with a very warm welcome. Next was Kay Harris who took my vitals and weight. She is awesome as well as very friendly. She is a people's person. She also did my EKG, which was also my 1st time getting it. She explained everything in detail with me. Next was the new lady that did my blood work (so sorry, i forgot her name). She is very caring and friendly as well. The staff here is great. I came from Kaiser from over 10 years of going there and changing insurances with my company made me come to Dr. Sharma's office and i am glad that i picked his office as well. They are a great group of people."

"My husband and I saw Dr. Sharma, separately, and we both had the best doctors visit of our lives. Dr. Sharma is very personable and knowledgeable of family medicine. He has a great bedside manner and takes time to explain things to you and makes sure you understand your health and your plan of care. He also gets you involved in your health and finds ways to hold you accountable and schedules recheck visits to see how your progress of improving your health and wellness is going. I am in the medical field myself as an emergency room nurse. It is great to find a health care provider for my family that is so genuine and caring. We are now planning to transfer our children to North Fulton Primary care as well."
