Paragon Smyrna Infusion Center

"I've been to this facility about 5 times to get infusions. From my very first visit to the last, I enjoyed interacting with the staff there. They create a very warm and welcoming environment considering the stressful situation that placed me there. I'm not a fan of getting shots or IV's. Nurse Vera did each infusion painlessly and carefully. She's informative about what she's going to do, how long the process will take, and makes sure that I'm comfortable on every interaction. She's also hilarious and made me laugh on days where I felt really horribly whether she knew it or not. Ari has busted her butt to get my infusions approved. I appreciate that any time I have called to get an update, she is alert and just as concerned as I am about getting my medicine. She has not once been impatient with me or made me feel as though my concerns were bothersome. She seems to take special care with each patient as I've seen her interact with other people coming in. She holds herself accountable to correspond with insurance providers and back end reps on behalf of her patients. I honestly don't know what all goes into getting medicines approved, but I know Ari didn't let the ball drop once throughout this process to try and get my infusions started. If I started a business tomorrow I'd want her at the head of my team. It's very rare to find a team as caring as the one at Paragon Smyrna. Every person I've encountered there has been nothing short of lovely towards me. I wish I knew all of their names to shout them out. I'll be going to in-home infusions so I won't get to visit anymore, but just wanted to leave a review for the next person. If you get to go, relax and know that you're going to be in great hands. The ladies here truly care about the wellbeing of their patients and you will feel that as soon as you walk in. I'll miss being able to hang out with them. They've made dark days with my illness so much brighter and they didn't even know it. For that I am forever grateful. Ladies, keep being the angels that you are. You are salt of the earth.
