"After 18 years, my insurance company has new guidelines and I was forced out of my norm to an entirely new environment for monthly infusion. I walked into the Smyrna infusion center and was greeted with a warm welcome & smiling faces. I even recognized the Clinical Supervisor! She gave me a big hug! I was further wowed by my own personal suite with amenities! Tatiana and Stacey shared the TwelveStone history with me. I looked on the board in my suite, and noticed a welcome note to me and an inspirational Bible verse. So, I was initially angry/confused with the insurance change….but so glad that TwelveStone Smyrna warmly welcomed me into the family. I enjoyed my infusion “spa day”….sad to leave my peaceful suite.
