"Went to her thinking she cared about her patients and they were t just a dollar sign and I was wrong! Don’t understand what’s going on with the healthcare field but it appears all the good docs have either left due to covid or retired! I am 55 with positive Covid. Had it last September and another Floyd dr was my primary then. I was admitted in Floyd hospital Rome ga last year with double pneumonia, diabetic, obesity over 25 BMI, hypertension and auto immune disease. Was on O2 for a month. Didn’t get antibodies then because was too late. Now my primary’s nurse (Dr.Benton) is telling me I don’t qualify and the criteria has changed. Not completely true. I received the high risk list straight from CDC in a email and I meet the criteria. I don’t recommend this Dr or office ! I got it ordered instantly by the ER Doctor today who said I do meet all criteria! I almost died last year and if this is how this new dr treats her patients health then she isn’t the one for me. No wonder she got 3 stars out of 5 and I think that was being too conservative."
