"Don't bother calling if your child is sick. Unless you schedule for an appointment prior to become a new patient you won't get seen. This means they do you no good at all unless you've seen them before. Gone are the days when you woukd be seen, fill out paper work, and become a new patient...nope margin policy according to their receptionist is no appointments whatsoever without a scheduled prior appointment to meet the doctor and fill the paperwork out before hand. Considering I walked into Dr Robinson's office quite a few years ago sick never having seen him before and each treated and did everything I mentioned above at that time, makes me wonder if they even care about patients anymore. My son was sick this morning and in an effort to not have to use the ripoff hospital or urgent care I called my doctor as Dr Robinson is a family practitioner. Even though I've been a patient of his for years they would not see my son at all without a scheduled future appointment. Really?? Yes it's nice to see a doctor for a checkup at a future appointment but when someone is sick and you can work them in why not see them. This is how I became a patient myself but I guess those days are gone. So if your sick and not a current patient you're out of luck and so are your children even if you're a patient. Corporate greed?? Yup...failure to serve the community when needed??Most definitely! Drs use to see anyone if they could fit you in and did it gladly that's how they help add new patients. But not this place....Not to Harbin admins please state no new patient without prior approval on your website and another buracratic baloney. When you have someone sick they can not wait for a convient future appointment and wasting time with your employees talking about you policy is pointless. Horrible customer experience and horrible medical practices putting dollar and buracratic baloney ahead of people.... guess that Hippocratic Oath only counts if you have money from a prior appointment when you were not I'll and really did not need the service to begin with!"
