"This office is wonderful! The ladies at the front desk/reception are an absolute joy to be around! They are always kind, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and really do try to accommodate patient needs’ as much as they possibly can. Personally, I really liked being able to schedule my appt. and communicate with the front desk via email! My appt this year was slightly different, in that, instead of having my eye exam with Dr. Katherine Cox, I had my exam with a virtual eye doctor! An optician was physically in the room working the equipment for the eye exam. This is a newer thing the office offers now, it’s called “2020 Now”. I really liked it, and I really liked that, that is an option because Dr. Cox stays pretty booked out. Needless to say, but if you’re searching for an eye doctor—call A & A Optical; I promise you will not regret it!"

"First: They messed up my prescription by putting - instead of+ and it took 3 months to get corrected. I paid for transitioning but was not informed that my insurance would only pay and make the most basic level of transitioning. Not happy with the service."
