"Dr. Jamie Dillon is absolutely amazing! My kid’s Medicaid Group assigned them to her office and we have had a good couple experiences with Her! Also, the staff is awesome as well! HOWEVER, I think it is unfair to have to pay $5 for a copy of my children’s immunization records!! I believe we are all entitled to at least one copy for the first time and MAYBE pay for additional copies? I have a 9 year old and had never been charged for a copy of her shot records…EVER. And to make matters worse it takes up to 72 hours to be able to pick up that form but you do have to pay up front! Had I known this before, I would of probably changed their provider for this one reason. Many will think it is petty but I do not feel like I have to pay for other people’s issues (those who end up requesting and not picking up)."

"Dr. Ernile is the greatest. He has saved both of my children's lives I have taken all my kids to him going on 21 years now. He is a cut up to the kids he loves to see them laugh. He is a awesome doctor he knows what he is doing even though you may not wanna trust him but please do."

"My girls have been going to Dr.Erinle since the day they was born. They are 16 and 14 now. I would not trust anyone else with my girls!! Dr. Erinle is one of the best Doctors I have ever known!! I would tell anyone he is the best Dr for your children.. No matter what time you call him night or day he will call you right back!!! He is the best!! I wish he seen adults!!"

"Dr. Erinle is fantastic, all 3 of my kids love him. However, it seems like they have taken on way to many patients. If I have an appointment at 3:10 and arrive early to get my paperwork squared away I expect to be called back within 15 minutes of my appointment time. What would happen if I showed up over 15 minutes late? I don't know because I am punctual, but lots of doctor's office will not see you and still bill you for the visit. I know this office will not allow you to cancel an appointment on the same day without a charge. I find it baffling that I am expected to wait more than 2 hours after my appointment time to see a doctor but I cannot call within plenty of time to cancel my appointment when they are too busy for the amount of patients they book to begin with. UPDATE: Requested medical records weekly for over 2 months and was continually told by the receptionist "I'll leave a note for the nurse." Eventually I did some research on HIPPA law and found that a medical office has 30 days to produce medical records. Thankfully all of my phone calls with the office were recorded and I could prove that I had asked multiple times and been denied access to my medical records. I called the office to remind them of HIPPA law and I was told the same thing, "I'll leave a note for the nurse." At that point I told her I was going to file a complaint. I was put on the phone with Dr. Erinle who told me they were just to busy but would try, to which I responded "No, there is no try, you will do it. I will be there at 9am tomorrow to pick them up and if they aren't ready I will file a complaint and a civil rights lawsuit." I showed up the next day and they were still preparing my records, which consisted of 3 print outs with "copy" stamped on them, that they had the nerve to charge me $10 for. I'm certain it took no longer than 5 minutes to print and stamp those papers that I had been practically begging for over 2 months. I regret recommending this office to all of my friends and family. We will never be back."
