"I’ve always loved my sons Dr. at this office, she’s always been polite and respectful. However the girls at the reception area aren’t. Reading reviews from other people it seems they have encountered the same situation, rudeness! After I was told on the phone that I was being rude to the staff and that she spoke to Dr. Miniyar himself about my rudeness I immediately put my phone on speaker and recorded the rest of the conversation, I was mocked, the girl changed her voice as something I can only describe as a childish kindergartener. What professional changes their voice to a “valley girl” when I tell her I can’t make it to the office in 10 minutes? Also, everyone else in the front chiming in and basically defending this girl’s actions. I now understand the other reviewers when they say how unprofessional and gossipy your front staff are."

"Would not let me or my husband speak and would talk over us every time we tried to voice our concerns and pretty much dismissed us and acted as if they done so much and meanwhile we never got the doctors to call in the meds my child needed even though they claimed they were already doing so. I will say Dr.Anderson is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an awesome pediatrician"
