"This location is the biggest joke. Avoid at all cost and take your business to Centre or any other vision center. Sierra is very rude and unprofessional not to mention she doesn’t know the company policy. every Walmart within a 100 mile radius said they would have happily fixed my four year olds frame. This manager not only wasted my time but clearly doesn’t know the actual policy. Will definitely be reaching back out to the cooperate office about her unprofessional behavior They have already reached out and apologized and assured me this isn’t company. Definitely will not be returning to this location"
"Can't do eye exams and only once a week someone is there to be able to place orders. This is ridiculous.walmart wants to have an eye center but can't do anything because they have nobody"
"They were very busy, but I never once felt neglected. The vision center team works together flawlessly, and I never saw them flustered nomatter how hectic things became. Everyone I encountered during my appt was both super friendly AND very professional. I was SO impressed!"
"Terrible! They will not stand behind product. They will not try to help resolve a problem. The store manager will not return a call. Even after being transferred around at the 800 number and finally landing with “asset recovery”, still was patronizing and rude and made sure to let me know her department doesn’t handle that either. But she did tell me the proper way to say TRY-YON! (Trion) However when I asked for her name her reply was no! Go somewhere else unless you can purchase $400 eyeglasses that literally fell apart within a few months! And Sofia in customer service was not properly informed as to how the vision center was handling COVID."
"My wife and I went and got 2 pair of glasses and I can't say I've been to a nicer place, the Dr was very polite and did a great job, I've used the VA for many years and I've never had a pair of glasses work this well. The staff was nice and with the measurements they took when the glasses came in my wife's and my glasses needed no adjustments. I'm very pleased with them."
