"Dr. Mendiola is well loved by my entire family. We started with one family member and now we all see him ... Ages 20's to 80's. He is very smart, has a wonderful sense of humor and quick wit. We never feel hurried, he takes the time to listen and asks questions. He is good to refer us to specialists when it is appropriate. His staff have always been kind and efficient. He has a well organized office. We hope he remains our family doctor for many years to come."

"Dr. Mendiola is as down to earth as you could possibly ask for. He is straight to the point with no sugarcoating so if you do not want the truth don't go to him.. He is a very, very goodDoctor. I have been going to him since 2009. Listen to him and you will feel better even if it sounds like the opposite of what you think. Sometimes being counterintuitive works. You wouldn't think exercise could help pain but it can!"

"I have been a patient of Dr Crystal for years and when I moved I still kept her as my doctor so then my husband wanted to get on as a new patient because he didn’t have a doctor so he was accepted a couple months ago. Today I went to make our wellness appointment and was told he was never accepted and that she wasn’t accepting new patients right now, even though he was accepted a couple months ago but treated me as if I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about and told me they never said that. I will never be back to this office. This isn’t the first time they don’t know what’s going on. The doctor is great but they need a whole new staff who knows what they are doing. I can’t stand how they have treated us so we won’t be back."

"MY wife has medicad and needed to see a doctor, they assigned her to Dr Luz and when we called to get her a appointment they made my wife wait for a week and after 4 phone calls they finally told her they were not taking new patients. Get your head out of your 4th point of contact and don't make sick people wait for you to deny them. We will never use this doctor not for the fact of medical experience but because if they cannot run a office how could we trust them with our health even if they would have accepted her."
