"They told my dad he’s too tall for the bed that’s why his feet are hanging off and his calf is on a metal bar. My dad is 6 foot, how is that too tall!? He was very cold and no one has asked if he needed more blankets. I scavenged the cabinets and used about 8 towels to cover him and make him comfortable. They are nice but don’t check on their patients enough. P.s. it is not very busy"

"This place is beyond terrible & must have 1 very good lawyer. My dad was taken to their ER barely conscious & after a short time they released him. My mother took him to a different hospital that admitted him instantly & he would've died if she hadn't went to another hospital. They also like to add random charges to everyone's bill & when you sign the papers it states that they don't have to disclose what the charges are for. My insurance pays 100% no matter where I go but the last time I went to this hospital they mailed me a bill for a few hundred bucks & according to my insurance papers they paid everything that was billed to them so screw this place. I hope someone soon gets an attorney & shuts the place down."

"I can't say enough about the care my uncle received here overnight when he became disoriented while driving, ended up 3 1/2 hours away from his home after midnight. In particular, Nurse Jada stayed in contact with me as a tried to reach his daughters. It made me feel such comfort in a very scary situation"

"I wouldn’t take my dog to this hospital. My mom and grandmother were on the way back to Nashville from a family reunion and got into a car wreck. They were transferred via EMS to this hospital last night. My grandmother wasn’t even hooked up to the monitor, my sister in law had to do it. Yet, they were soo concerned about her chest tightness and wanted to transfer her. My mom had no call light or pillow and she had urinated on herself. She is a type 1 diabetic and the hospital did not check her blood sugar at all (she wears a pump, there’s no way they missed it). When we left she was so sick she could barely move. Her blood sugar was so high her monitor wouldn’t read it, over 400 that we know of. So she puked all the way home with 4 broken ribs. The doctor was an absolute joke. I imagine he has to read his textbook to know his next steps. Why you have an ER physician that moves at turtle speed I will never know!!!! I thank God my brother and I made the 3 hour drive. I couldn’t imagine what shape my loved ones would be in right now had we not made the drive. I felt so sorry for the people there with nobody there to help be their voice. Don’t do it. Go to another hospital."
