"Dr. Sherrill is AMAZING absolutely love her and trust her with all the care for my 1 month old daughter. However, whoever the receptionist is and whoever answered the phone today needs some learning on respect and communication with patients. I simply asked for my daughters medicine to be called in and it was a problem that they had NO idea about her med ( it was supposed to be called in a week ago for her acid reflux.) it seemed like i was a burden . asked for a email and they didn’t want give it to me because they know the reason we are emailing . Great dr but something will have to change with the way the people are at the front desk . i want to see happy faces and be treated like a person when i go somewhere. I don’t want to change drs because dr sherrill is so great but if they don’t change i will have to . so uncalled for. so rude ."

"After two days of the stomach bug, I knew I was dehydrated. I did not want to go to the ER for fluids because of the cost so I decided to go to Encore. They only do infusions on certain days so luckily the day I called was an infusion day and they saw me quickly. You're taken to a quiet room with recliners and dim lighting to relax. The NP that did my IV was great. Did not feel the stick at all. The doctor and other staff came in regularly to check on me and make sure I was comfortable. Even though I was not there for a doctor's visit she offered to treat my nausea while I was there. It took over an hour for the infusion to complete and I could already tell I was feeling somewhat better. The evening after the infusion I could really start feeling the effects and the next day I was feeling amazing! I would highly recommend this for anyone feeling drained or sluggish. I really felt energized and alert and still do 5 days later! The cost is very reasonable too!"

"I've always loved Mrs. Sherrill ever since she was at Fort Payne Pediatrics. I transferred solely off of her amazing work I experienced with her there. As someone with severe anxiety and autism, doctors visits can be rough for me and finding the right one has been a struggle since having the opportunity to finally have one. Mrs. Garderner was so sweet and kind. She truly made me feel validated and listened to everything I said intently. She possesses a truly calming, almost motherly/sisterly presence and I've felt safe here, which is important to me. I highly recommend this establishment and Anna.
