Cheese Me Please Me ATL

"Overrated. Food is not tasty at all. Salty, missing ingredients as advertised. Nachos dry… excuse me Doritos were dry. More lettuce than cheese. Shrimp small and tasteless. Pasta overcooked, stuck together and scorched. As if the food was rushed to be cooked. The Morrow location is waaaay better! Wish I would have went there (DaFryGuyATL)"

"Can I just say the customer service is immaculate! 10 out of 10 ! My wife and I went there for the first time and were greeted and helped by a young lady who was everything and more! We ordered the loaded potato’s and trust me when I say you get every penny worth of food. They don’t skimp on the portions at all. We got our food and got home and realized they gave us the rice bowls instead of the potatoes so we called to let them know the order was wrong and they asked if we could come back so they could fix it for us which we had no problem doing since we live not even 5 minutes from them. The girl who originally took our order apologized and got us the correct order and even gave us some extra. I’ll definitely be coming back just based off the customer service. Oh and their ice cream is even good! Like everything about this place is amazing! Love, love, love it"

"I was super excited to come here because I heard it was really good. However, this was not the case. I did not have a good experience here. My friend and I ordered before everyone was there but ended up getting our food last. I had ordered a milkshake but wanted to change it to a lemonade. However when I asked, the worker in the front said, that they did not give a refund and if I wanted one, there needed to be a manager on site. No where in the restaurant does it say they don't give refunds and working in customer service that should have been the first thing for your customers to know or at least put a sign up. However, when I asked when the managers were usually there, the worker in the front relied with," they are only here before the store opens up and " I just work here". I work in customer service and as a manager, you should teach your employees everything. The staff here was unprofessional and so clueless when I was asking them questions. Also the food was not even good, I see why they don't give refunds. Look what they are serving. I ended up getting some nachos instead of the milkshake and they were basic , no flavor and one minute the cheese got on there, the chips were already saggy and falling apart. On top of that the baked potatoes were not good. I wouldn't recommend this food to anyone. The owner needs to do much better with how they run their business."

"Had I not been engulfed in social media I would have NEVER found this gem of an establishment. College Park you should be proud. First time here I ordered the Nola Cheese Me over rice & my taste buds were in heaven. I felt like I needed to leave a $100 bill on the nightstand when I was done. The second time around the phat girl in me ordered the Surf-n-Turf over pasta AND a Nola Me Please with Salmon. Baybee listen I hurt myself eating this. There aren't enough stars to rate this. It's a 10 out of 10 AND I'll be back. Thank you so much for following your vision long enough to create this place."
