"Every time I have come, I've always had great customer service. I've never had any issues with my order, and the staff is always kind and professional. Tables are always clean and the trash is never an issue. Whenever I make an order on the app for pick up, my order is always ready. Definitely recommend, this is my go to spot for yummy smoothies. They've all been consistent so far."

"Not sure who it was because it was through Uber eats but there was an issue with the pick up so the driver called me and gave the phone to the person working. He was extremely rude for honestly no reason. He said “I don’t really care what you think” when I was just stating that we had only had one driver and that there must’ve been a mix up with picking up the order. There really wasn’t a need for the rudeness as I’m just the person who ordered from an app."

"I came to this location last week because it’s near my apartment. Typically I go to smoothie king but I decided to branch out but I had a weird experience. The had the sunrise sunset smoothie and it was actually really good, however the customer service was iffy. The girl working at the front was really sweet however midway through waiting I heard a man from the back screaming at her. Whether it was a manager as not I feel bad for that girl as the things he was saying was too much. The food and smoothies here are amazing but the man in the back yelling isn’t treating his employees with respect."

"Terrible and disgusting experience. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread which consists of grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes, romaine, cheddar & lite ranch according to their menu. Please look at the pictures and let me know what this is? Looks like eggs and some kind of green sauce. In the past I haven’t had issues with this location but recently they have been awful. They even rang up the wrong price and charged more. Charged more for mushy eggs, something that wasn’t even supposed to be on the flatbread? Won’t be returning here ever again. I took one bite and almost threw up. I probably have food poisoning from what ever concoction they made. They need to get an actual manager and employees, not just rude kids trying to be funny. If I could give zero stars I would."

"So this was my first experience at a Tropical Smoothie location. First of all, I was never greeted walking in, which already set the stage for an unpleasant experience. It was so awkward, no one said anything until I walked to the register (and I was the only customer in there) . I ordered the island green smoothie & avocado grilled cheese. In terms of taste and quality.. for me it’s kinda just bland. Island green is just lightly sweet.. no real flavor and the avocado grilled cheese is kinda just okay. I would normally give this place 3 stars but the service wasn’t all that great."
