Three Dollar Cafe Kennesaw

"Went in today and they seated us in a booth that had cold ail blowing on us. We ask to be moved and they did. We ordered our food and started our waiting. One order was a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo. Other was chicken strips and crispy fries. What we got was a cheeseburger with a water soaked bottom bun from the wet lettuce and wet pickles. The other order came as over cooked crispy chicken and cool non crispy fry’s. Then I found out I had ordered “The Garden” and it cost an extra of almost $3 ( guess it is $3 Cafe) to get lettuce, tomato and pickles. Very much a surprise to me. If you order anything to go on your cheeseburger, expect to pay extra for that. We seem to get over cooked chicken any time we order that at this location. If we ask them to not over cook them it sometimes makes a difference and sometimes it doesn’t make a difference. We are getting tired of them charging us differently than the Menu.We are considering not going back there because this type thing happens too often since they changed management."

"Lunch time on a Saturday and it was pretty empty. Despite this, took longer than expected for the food to come out. Customer service and waiter were excellent. Good selection of American and pub style food. My burger was a bit overcooked but still very good. I would definitely come back."

"This restaurant is AMAZING!! My family and I ate here for our first time and it did not disappoint. It had Tv's everywhere so we were able to catch all the college football action as we grubbed on some delicious food. We had the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad, the Ruben, Chicken Tortilla Soup and the Crispy Shrimp platter! I sampled a bit of everything and it was perfect. To top off the amazing food, the owner even stopped by to check on us and was so friendly. The serving staff was so hospitable and helpful in making our food decisions. We value our money and with a lot of restaurant choices in the area and we are glad we chose to stop by the 3 Dollar Cafe! If you are in the area, stop by to check this place out! 5 Star!"

"We stopped by for the 1st time for lunch. They had reasonably priced lunch specials, which included a soft drink. We started with 6 extra crispy wings, Hot Lemon Pepper. They were a good portion and the perfect amount of sauce. For entrees, we tried the Fried Mushroom Sandwich (no bun) with Broccoli and the Pecan Blue Salad. Both were very good and good portion and value for lunch! If you're in the area and looking for a good lunch spot or a place to catch a game, we definitely recommend you check this place out!"

"If you’re thinking of eating here (not just drinking), some of the low reviews for this place are misleading, as they seem to focus on bar service and wait time, rather than food quality. Not that helpful. Came here for lunch on Sunday and experienced: 1. Awesome server who was genuinely friendly. 2. Minimal wait time to be seated and served. 3. Great tasting food, good portions. 4.
