"I consistently receive sub-par service whenever I visit this location. This is disappointing as it is in the closest proximity to my home. The multiple times I have visited the staff is aloof and does not provide adequate customer service to the customer inside of the store. This location also does not accept online orders which is frustrating for those trying to expedite their ordering process."
"I used to coming here until very recently. My açai is always very runny and they never give me enough of it for me to be paying $12 for my bowl. I feel like I should have more than Enough açai. Every time I leave this drive-through, I am never settled and it always takes a long time to just get my order. This will be my last time coming through this Smoothie King."
"Cute winter decor, the drive thru was busy, somebody picked up a pre-order and we ordered 7 smoothies/bowls and got them pretty quickly. The girls were multitasking and kept calm under pressure and the bathroom was clean too :) We always like Smoothie King and it was like others. Faster."
"Like most of the negative comments, I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru, the young lady got frustrated with me because I couldn’t find the drink that she was referring to on the menu. She was not patient at all and the speaker is so loud I couldn’t understand. To top it off I see your Health grade is an 84 and the date on it is a year and a half ago. I can’t see why I would ever come back."
"Waited in the drive through past the estimated order ready time and recieved someone else's order. Went inside to get my correct order and notice that a portion of my smoothies was empty (see photo). Does look like they have new staff but was still a disappointing experience. Update 8/26/23: Didn't think it possible but this location is even worse then before. I placed an order online and was charged. Went to pick up my order at the promised time and was told they never received it. They also couldn't refund my money. Beyond disappointing and looking into escalating the issue. Shame on Smoothie King!"
